		<description><![CDATA[Yes, money is important....but for most health care workers there are other factors that weigh more heavily.

1. Work schedule is number one by far.
2. Consistency of work----will shifts be canceled? 
3. Efficiency of the work environment  e.g.----organization/placement  of equipment/supplies...building design/size.....
4. Caregivers involvement in decision making concerning patient care/outcomes as well as involvement in day to day operations as well........not just an &#039;open door policy&#039;, which is considered a farce,  but actual functioning committees that have processes to follow the trail of ideas/suggestions. 
5. Fair wages in correlation to community standards.....plus differentials designed to cover the exceptional sacrifice that comes with being a business that is open 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. 
6.Community image of the facility....but that will be corrected and brought to excellence with all of the above.]]></description>
